ABOUT
I've always been fascinated by the human body. Not just how it moves, but how it's shaped by our habits, emotions, relationships, stress, environment, and overall experiences.
Like many people, my own journey with health hasn't always been straightforward. I've experienced burnout, hormonal imbalances, and seasons where I felt disconnected from my body. For a long time, I believed the answer was simply to push harder. Over time, I realised my body wasn't working against me, it was trying to communicate with me.
So instead of chasing perfection, I became curious. I wanted to understand the body, support it, and work with it rather than against it. That journey led me to become a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Level 4 Personal Trainer, and Pilates Instructor.
Alongside my work in health and wellbeing, I've also worked as a fashion model, giving me a unique perspective on body image, performance, and the pressures we all carry.
Today, I bring these experiences together through coaching, movement, writing, and my podcast. Whether we're working together one-to-one or you've simply found your way here, my hope is the same: to help you feel more connected to yourself.
I don't believe in quick fixes, rigid rules, or one-size-fits-all approaches. I believe in building habits that last, moving in ways that feel good, nourishing your body with kindness, and creating a life that feels aligned with who you are.

I combine strength training, Pilates, and cardio to help people build strong, capable bodies while enjoying the process of moving.

My goal isn't to tell you what your body needs. It's to help you develop the confidence to recognise those answers within yourself.

Health isn't about having all the answers. It's about staying open, asking better questions, and continuing to learn.

I believe wellbeing should create more freedom, not more rules. There should always be room for adventure, creativity, good food, laughter, and living fully.
Why the shell?
Shells have always fascinated me.
They spend their lives being shaped by the ocean. Every tide, every current, and every storm leaves its mark. Yet when we find them washed ashore, we don't see damage. We see beauty.
I think people are much the same.
Life shapes us through both calm waters and difficult seasons. Those experiences become part of who we are, not something to hide, but something to honour.
My hope is that this space helps you reconnect with yourself, trust your body a little more, and remember that everything you've experienced has helped shape the person you're becoming.
